EN 10216-1 Seamless Steel Tube
Full name: EN 10216-1 Seamless steel tubes for pressure purposes – Technical delivery conditions This product replaces the old DIN 17175 and 1629 standards and is tailored for high-pressure applications such as pipelines. The “P” in its name stands for “pressure” followed by a value indicating its minimum yield strength.
This standard applies to seamless steel tubes for normal temperature pressure purposes and contains two quality grades: TR1 (basic requirements) and TR2 (more stringent requirements). It interacts with other pressure equipment standards such as PED 2014/68/EU.
As a professional carbon steel pipe manufacturer, our products cover multiple parts of the EN 10216 standard, from seamless non-alloy pipes of EN 10216-1 to low-temperature alloy steel pipes of EN 10216-4. These pipes are widely used in power, chemical and other industries, suitable for boilers, heat exchangers and other equipment. At the same time, we will provide customized steel pipe solutions according to customer requirements.
