Founded in 1998, we have been focusing on the research, development, production, and sales of carbon steel pipes and fittings for over twenty years, including but not limited to:

Our products are manufactured in accordance with international standards such as API 5L, ASTM A53, y EN10219, and primarily supplied to the oil and gas, chemical, construction, water conservancy, and coal mining industries. We not only provide standard products but also offer customized processing according to customer requirements. We also provide technical selection support, quality consulting, and global logistics and export services. This website primarily displays product information, specifications, and application cases. You can browse online, submit inquiries, ask technical questions, or contact us directly at any time.

Our business focuses on B2B bulk exports, and the typical transaction process is: customer inquiry → we provide a quotation → both parties confirm order details → sign a formal contract → arrange production and shipment.

2. Orders and Quotations

The product information, specifications, and prices displayed on the website are for reference only and do not constitute a formal quotation. The transaction price depends on our written quote. It may change at any time based on market conditions, raw material costs, exchange rate fluctuations, and other factors.

All orders must be confirmed in writing by us (quotation or order confirmation) before they become effective. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason. The validity period of the quotation is as stated in writing; if no validity period is specifically stated on the quotation, the price may change at any time without prior notice. Once an order is confirmed by us, it is subject to these terms of service.

The buyer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) may not unilaterally cancel a confirmed order. You must get our written permission to cancel. If you don’t, you’ll be responsible for any losses. This includes production costs y inventory costs.

3. Price and Payment

All prices are net prices and do not include taxes. Unless stated otherwise in the quote, shipping costs, insurance fees, customs duties, and customs clearance fees are also excluded. The buyer is responsible for these additional charges.

Payment methods generally include advance telegraphic transfer (T/T), sight draft, or letter of credit (L/C), as specified in the order confirmation or contract. Payment is usually required before shipment. To mitigate risk, we reserve the right to require customers to prepay part or all of the payment, or provide a bank guarantee/credit guarantee. If we decide your creditworthiness doesn’t meet our standards, we might pause work or cancel the order. We won’t be liable for any resulting issues.

4. Delivery and Transportation

Delivery terms are usually FOB Chinese port (e.g., Tianjin Port), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Risk and title transfer to you upon shipment of the goods.

Delivery dates are estimated and subject to production, transportation, or force majeure. We will endeavor to deliver on time but are not liable for delays.

For in-stock products, we can arrange shipment to the port within 7 days. Delivery time for customized products is subject to the confirmation.

Transportation will be arranged by us or a carrier designated by you. You are responsible for import customs clearance, duties, and other import charges.

5. Inspection, Claims, and Returns

After delivery, you must inspect the goods within a reasonable time. If there are defects or discrepancies, please immediately notify us in writing via email or other means and provide evidence.

Failure to raise written objections within the specified time will be deemed acceptance of the goods.

Returns require our prior written authorization. Returns due to reasons other than quality issues may incur handling fees and shipping costs. Customized products are generally not returnable.

6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Our products conform to the standards specified in the quotation and are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty (transferable supplier warranty).

We offer no extra express or implied warranties. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall our liability exceed the price of the product involved. We aren’t responsible for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes losses of profits or business interruptions, regardless of whether they’re based on contract, tort, or other grounds.

You must choose and use the products correctly. If there are any claims from improper use, you agree to protect us.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to strikes, natural disasters, war, government actions, supplier delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property
