drukleidingen<\/h2>\n<h3>ASTM A53 pijp - kwaliteiten A en B:<\/h3>\n<p>Dit is een van de meest gebruikte koolstofstalen buisnormen in de Verenigde Staten, geschikt voor een groot aantal algemene toepassingen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Belangrijkste toepassingen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bouwconstructies (voor kolommen, steunen, enz., vooral type F);<br \/>Mechanische constructies: Lagedrukleidingsystemen (stoom, water, lucht, gas, olie, enz.);<\/li>\n<li>Steigers, omheiningen, drukpijpen (moeten voldoen aan de geldende drukpijpcodes, zoals ASME B31.1\/B31.3); en beschermende omhulsels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>EN 10255:<\/h3>\n<p>Deze Europese norm heeft specifiek betrekking op stalen buizen met schroefdraad en fittingen, voornamelijk voor niet-gelegeerde stalen leidingsystemen. De norm wordt geleidelijk vervangen door de EN 10217 en EN 10216 series, maar blijft gebruikelijk in veel bestaande projecten, gespecialiseerde toepassingen (zoals water en gas) en inventarisatie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Typische toepassingen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vloeistoftransport onder lage druk: koud water, warm water, huishoudelijk gas (aardgas, vloeibaar petroleumgas), perslucht en stoom (lage druk). Diensten voor gebouwen: Leidingen voor water, gas en verwarming, ventilatie en airconditioning (HVAC) in gebouwen.<\/li>\n<li>Schroefdraadsystemen: Pijpprojecten waarbij op locatie schroefdraadverbindingen nodig zijn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>EN 10217-1<\/h3>\n<p>Dit is onderdeel van een serie Europese normen specifiek voor gelaste stalen buizen die worden gebruikt in druksystemen. Deel 1 specificeert buizen van ongelegeerd (koolstof)staal met gespecificeerde eigenschappen bij kamertemperatuur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Typisch gebruik:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drukpijpsystemen: Ketels, drukvaten en warmtewisselaars (shell en tube).<\/li>\n<li>Industri\u00eble leidingen: Leidingen die verschillende media transporteren (water, stoom, olie, gas en chemicali\u00ebn) in chemische en petrochemische fabrieken, elektriciteitscentrales en leidingsystemen voor schepen.<\/li>\n<li>Waar hogere sterkte en betrouwbaarheid vereist zijn: In vergelijking met EN 10255 geschikt voor systemen met een hogere druk en strengere eisen.<\/li>\n<li>Gelaste verbindingen of flensverbindingen: Gewoonlijk gebruikt in technische systemen die gelaste of geflensde verbindingen vereisen in plaats van schroefdraadverbindingen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>JIS G3452 SGP:<\/h3>\n<p>Een Japanse industri\u00eble standaard voor koolstofstalen buizen voor algemene buistoepassingen. Deze norm is vergelijkbaar met ASTM A53, maar wordt vaker gebruikt in Japan en gebieden die worden be\u00efnvloed door Japanse normen (zoals sommige Aziatische projecten).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Typisch gebruik:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bouwconstructies<\/li>\n<li>Mechanische structuren<\/li>\n<li>Lagedrukleidingsystemen: Water, stoom, lucht, olie, gas, enz.<\/li>\n<li>Steigers<\/li>\n<li>Beschermende behuizing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>AS 1074: Een Australische norm die een basisspecificatie biedt voor algemene vereisten, materialen, afmetingen, toleranties, testen en markering voor stalen buizen en fittingen (zowel gelast als naadloos) voor verschillende toepassingen.<\/p>\n<p>Het wordt vaak gebruikt in combinatie met specifieke productnormen, zoals AS 1163 - Welded and Seamless Steel Pipe for Structural Use.
