L'ASTM A500 est une norme polyvalente en acier doux qui convient au transport, au soutien et \u00e0 la construction.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>Gamme et forme<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'une des principales raisons pour lesquelles nous recommandons les tubes en acier A500 est leur vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de formes. Leur disponibilit\u00e9 sous diff\u00e9rentes formes signifie que vous trouverez certainement le meilleur produit pour votre application. Par exemple, les tubes de forme cubique et cubique sont couramment utilis\u00e9s dans la construction et les structures de soutien.<\/p>\n<p>Les tubes en acier A500 \u00e0 section circulaire peuvent transporter n'importe quel fluide comme l'eau, le p\u00e9trole, le gaz ou les hydrocarbures. Sa limite d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 est d'au moins 46 000 psi. Sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction est de 58 000 psi. Il peut \u00eatre allong\u00e9 d'un minimum de 23% en deux pouces. Pour les applications lourdes, le grade C est plus appropri\u00e9. La limite d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 de ce tuyau atteint 50 000 psi. Par cons\u00e9quent, son allongement est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 21% pour deux pouces.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>Composition chimique<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Comme vous pouvez le constater, les tubes A500 sont principalement des tubes en acier doux. Leurs principaux composants sont donc le fer et le carbone. L'ASTM d\u00e9crit plusieurs autres m\u00e9taux qui am\u00e9liorent les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de l'acier doux. Les composants et la technique de fabrication caract\u00e9risent chaque grade. Nous pouvons classer les qualit\u00e9s A, B et D ensemble. Elles ont une teneur en carbone de 0,30% en masse. Elles contiennent \u00e9galement du phosphore et du soufre, \u00e0 raison de 0,045% en masse. Parfois, ils peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9tiquet\u00e9s comme de l'acier au cuivre. Dans ce cas, vous pouvez \u00e9galement vous attendre \u00e0 une teneur en cuivre de 0,18% en masse.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, la qualit\u00e9 C a une teneur maximale en carbone de 0,271 TTP3 en masse et de 1,401 TTP3 en mangan\u00e8se. Le mangan\u00e8se est absent des qualit\u00e9s A, B et D. Le pourcentage de phosphore, de soufre et de cuivre est similaire \u00e0 celui des autres qualit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>Tol\u00e9rance dimensionnelle<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'une des caract\u00e9ristiques sup\u00e9rieures des tubes A500 est leur tol\u00e9rance dimensionnelle. Elle permet \u00e0 plusieurs fabricants de les mettre en \u0153uvre en toute confiance et en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Si le fabricant a \u00e9tabli un diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur ne d\u00e9passant pas 1,9 pouce, la tol\u00e9rance sera de 0,5%. La magnitude calcul\u00e9e ne doit pas diff\u00e9rer de plus de 0,005 pouce ou 0,13 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e8gles sont diff\u00e9rentes lorsque le fabricant \u00e9tablit un diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur de plus de 2 pouces. Dans ce cas, la tol\u00e9rance est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 0,75%. La valeur mesur\u00e9e doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,005 pouce ou 0,13 mm. Il convient de noter que la mesure du diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur est effectu\u00e9e \u00e0 plus de deux pouces de l'ouverture du tuyau.<\/p>\n<p>Les tubes A500 se distinguent par leur tol\u00e9rance sup\u00e9rieure en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9paisseur de paroi. Ils ont une tol\u00e9rance minimale et maximale de 10% pour l'\u00e9paisseur de la paroi. Aucune des deux valeurs ne doit d\u00e9passer 10% des sp\u00e9cifications du dessin.<\/p>\n<p>La tol\u00e9rance de l'angle droit d\u00e9termine la rectitude des tubes A500. Pour les tubes en acier de construction, l'\u00e9cart autoris\u00e9 est de 10,4 mm multipli\u00e9 par 0,2 fois la longueur totale du tube en m\u00e8tres. De m\u00eame, les angles ext\u00e9rieurs des tubes carr\u00e9s et rectangulaires ne doivent pas d\u00e9passer 3 fois l'\u00e9paisseur de la paroi des tubes.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>Exigences en mati\u00e8re d'essais<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'ASTM prescrit des tests normalis\u00e9s pour s'assurer que les tuyaux fabriqu\u00e9s r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 tous les crit\u00e8res n\u00e9cessaires. Ces m\u00e9thodes d'essai garantissent que l'acier de construction et de transport est adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l'utilisation industrielle. Les tests de structure chimique garantissent que l'acier utilis\u00e9 dans les tuyaux A500 est conforme aux fiches de sp\u00e9cification. Les essais m\u00e9caniques permettent de s'assurer que l'acier de construction r\u00e9pond aux crit\u00e8res de limite \u00e9lastique et de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction. Les contr\u00f4les de tol\u00e9rance d'aplatissement et de torsion garantissent que le tube d'acier conserve sa rectitude dans les tubes rectangulaires ou carr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>Processus de fabrication<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Deux modes de production sont utilis\u00e9s pour fabriquer les tubes ASTM A500. L'une des techniques les plus r\u00e9pandues est le soudage \u00e0 l'arc par r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lectrique. La mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re est une bobine d'acier. La bobine d'acier est nivel\u00e9e, soud\u00e9e bout \u00e0 bout, lamin\u00e9e et soud\u00e9e longitudinalement pour produire des tubes d'acier. La fabrication des tubes ERW est rapide et rentable gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'optimisation de la bande transporteuse. L'autre proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication des tubes A500 est la technique sans soudure. La mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re principale de cette m\u00e9thode est la billette d'acier. La billette est perc\u00e9e longitudinalement \u00e0 l'aide d'un broyeur ou d'une presse \u00e0 percer. Elle est lamin\u00e9e et extrud\u00e9e pour lui donner la forme, l'\u00e9paisseur et le diam\u00e8tre corrects. Les tuyaux en acier sans soudure sont co\u00fbteux mais offrent une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction et une limite d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>Application du tube ASTM A500<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les tubes en acier ASTM A500 ont de nombreuses applications industrielles. Ils constituent des \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels dans les colonnes des b\u00e2timents, les \u00e9chafaudages et les cadres.
