Laminage \u00e0 chaud<\/h3>\n<p>Pour fabriquer les tuyaux standard ASTM A106, nous commen\u00e7ons par des barres d'acier solides qui sont d\u00e9coup\u00e9es en billettes d'un poids pr\u00e9cis. Ensuite, elles sont charg\u00e9es et chauff\u00e9es dans un four \u00e0 sole rotative aliment\u00e9 au gaz naturel et chauff\u00e9es jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elles soient entre 1250\u2103 et 1280\u2103. Traitement thermique<\/h3>\n<p>C'est \u00e0 cette \u00e9tape que nous assurons la duret\u00e9 et la r\u00e9sistance du tube d'acier. Cela commence dans le four d'aust\u00e9nisation o\u00f9 le tuyau est r\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de transformation de l'aust\u00e9nite. Finition<\/h3>\n<p>Notre ligne automatis\u00e9e effectue des tests et des v\u00e9rifications strictes pour s'assurer que le tube d'acier ASTM A106 r\u00e9pond \u00e0 notre niveau de qualit\u00e9 et aux exigences sp\u00e9cifiques de nos clients. Tous les filetages sont ensuite inspect\u00e9s visuellement et soumis \u00e0 un contr\u00f4le dimensionnel automatis\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide d'un \u00e9quipement d'inspection de pointe. Un \u00e9quipement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 automatis\u00e9 est ensuite utilis\u00e9 pendant le couplage et le remplissage pour obtenir le joint final ASTM A106 du tuyau et du couplage. Ensuite, un test de d\u00e9rive est effectu\u00e9 pour s'assurer qu'il n'y aura pas d'obstruction dans le tuyau. Les tuyaux sont ensuite laqu\u00e9s et\/ou vernis pour \u00e9viter la corrosion pendant le stockage ou le transport. Ensuite, le pesage de mesure et le marquage au pochoir sont mis en \u0153uvre pour identifier chaque tuyau sur la base de la chaleur et du num\u00e9ro de tuyau, y compris toutes les exigences de marquage pour se conformer \u00e0 notre technologie de tra\u00e7age des tuyaux. Lors de l'achat de tubes sans soudure, il est courant de trouver sur le march\u00e9 les normes ASTM A106 et ASME SA106. Y a-t-il une diff\u00e9rence entre elles ? Non. Il n'y a pas de diff\u00e9rence entre les mat\u00e9riaux des normes A106 et SA106. La diff\u00e9rence r\u00e9side dans le fait que ces deux normes proviennent de deux organisations diff\u00e9rentes et qu'elles utilisent une mani\u00e8re diff\u00e9rente de nommer la norme. Dans l'\u00e9dition officielle de l'ASEM II, le chapitre sur les mat\u00e9riaux confirme que la norme SA106 est la m\u00eame que la norme ASTM A106.
