Les conduites qui remplissent trois conditions sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme des conduites sous pression :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pression de travail \u2265 0,1 MPa (environ 1 pression<\/h2>\n<h3>Tube ASTM A53 - Grades A et B :<\/h3>\n<p>Il s'agit de l'une des normes de tuyaux en acier au carbone les plus utilis\u00e9es aux \u00c9tats-Unis, qui convient \u00e0 un large \u00e9ventail d'applications g\u00e9n\u00e9rales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principales applications :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Structures des b\u00e2timents (pour les colonnes, les supports, etc., en particulier le type F) ;<br \/>Structures m\u00e9caniques : Syst\u00e8mes de tuyauterie \u00e0 basse pression (vapeur, eau, air, gaz, huile, etc.) ;<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9chafaudages, cl\u00f4tures, tuyaux sous pression (doivent \u00eatre conformes aux codes applicables aux tuyaux sous pression, tels que ASME B31.1\/B31.3) et gaines de protection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>EN 10255 :<\/h3>\n<p>Cette norme europ\u00e9enne couvre sp\u00e9cifiquement les tuyaux en acier avec filetages et raccords, principalement pour les syst\u00e8mes de tuyauterie en acier non alli\u00e9. Elle est progressivement remplac\u00e9e par les s\u00e9ries EN 10217 et EN 10216, mais elle reste courante dans de nombreux projets existants, applications sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es (telles que l'eau et le gaz) et inventaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applications typiques :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transport de fluides \u00e0 basse pression : eau froide, eau chaude, gaz domestique (gaz naturel, gaz de p\u00e9trole liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9), air comprim\u00e9 et vapeur (basse pression). Services aux b\u00e2timents : Conduites d'eau, de gaz, de chauffage, de ventilation et de climatisation (CVC) \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur des b\u00e2timents.<\/li>\n<li>Syst\u00e8mes filet\u00e9s : Projets de tuyauterie n\u00e9cessitant des raccords filet\u00e9s sur site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>EN 10217-1<\/h3>\n<p>Cette norme fait partie d'une s\u00e9rie de normes europ\u00e9ennes sp\u00e9cifiques aux tubes en acier soud\u00e9s utilis\u00e9s dans les syst\u00e8mes sous pression. La partie 1 sp\u00e9cifie les tubes en acier non alli\u00e9 (carbone) avec des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Utilisations typiques :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Syst\u00e8mes de tuyauterie sous pression : Chaudi\u00e8res, appareils \u00e0 pression et \u00e9changeurs de chaleur (\u00e0 coquille et \u00e0 tube).<\/li>\n<li>Tuyauterie industrielle : Tuyaux transportant divers fluides (eau, vapeur, huile, gaz et produits chimiques) dans les usines chimiques et p\u00e9trochimiques, les centrales \u00e9lectriques et les syst\u00e8mes de tuyauterie des navires.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsqu'une r\u00e9sistance et une fiabilit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es sont requises : Par rapport \u00e0 la norme EN 10255, elle convient aux syst\u00e8mes soumis \u00e0 des pressions plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es et \u00e0 des exigences plus strictes.<\/li>\n<li>Raccords soud\u00e9s ou \u00e0 brides : G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9s dans les syst\u00e8mes d'ing\u00e9nierie n\u00e9cessitant des raccords soud\u00e9s ou \u00e0 brides plut\u00f4t que des raccords filet\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>JIS G3452 SGP :<\/h3>\n<p>Norme industrielle japonaise pour les tuyaux en acier au carbone destin\u00e9s \u00e0 des applications g\u00e9n\u00e9rales.
