Dans le cas d'un tuyau soud\u00e9, la r\u00e9sistance de la soudure ne doit pas \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance du corps du tuyau.<\/p>\n<h3>Essai de flexion :<\/h3>\n<p>Pour les tuyaux d'un diam\u00e8tre inf\u00e9rieur ou \u00e9gal \u00e0 2 NPS, un essai de flexion est effectu\u00e9 pour d\u00e9terminer la ductilit\u00e9 du tuyau. L'essai de flexion peut \u00eatre de 90 degr\u00e9s ou de 180 degr\u00e9s, selon la situation.<\/p>\n<h3>Test d'aplatissement :<\/h3>\n<p>Pour la ductilit\u00e9, les tuyaux de taille sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 NPS 2 sont soumis \u00e0 un essai d'aplatissement. Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme ASTM A53, un \u00e9chantillon de tuyau est tranch\u00e9 et aplati entre deux surfaces planes.<\/p>\n<h3>Hydro Test :<\/h3>\n<p>Il s'agit d'un test qui est effectu\u00e9 sur chaque longueur de la conduite pour d\u00e9terminer s'il y a ou non une fuite.
