Tras darles forma cil\u00edndrica, estas tiras se sueldan mediante el proceso ERW (soldadura por resistencia el\u00e9ctrica). Se trata de calentar los bordes de la tira met\u00e1lica mediante una corriente el\u00e9ctrica de alta frecuencia (o baja frecuencia). Luego, con el rodillo de apriete o las matrices, se unen para formar <a href=\"https:\/\/uniasen.com\/es\/productos\/tubo-erw\/\">Tubos ERW<\/a> con costuras longitudinales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En las aplicaciones modernas, se prefiere la soldadura por resistencia el\u00e9ctrica de alta frecuencia. Produce costuras fuertes y duraderas sin utilizar material de relleno. Aunque es posible el uso de baja frecuencia, pueden observarse varias deformaciones, como una uni\u00f3n inadecuada de las costuras, grietas en forma de gancho y corrosi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tras la soldadura, las costuras externas pueden recortarse para hacerlas indetectables. Al mismo tiempo, las interiores se dejan tal cual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n de tubos EFW<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El proceso EFW, tambi\u00e9n denominado soldadura por arco o soldadura por haz de electrones, utiliza un arco el\u00e9ctrico para fundir o comprimir los bordes met\u00e1licos. Luego se funden para formar tubos EFW cil\u00edndricos con una costura longitudinal, como en ERW. En este caso, no necesita presurizaci\u00f3n, ya que los bordes est\u00e1n fundidos y se fusionan uniformemente.
