Los tubos de la norma ASTM A106 tienen un gran rendimiento en condiciones de alta temperatura y alta presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Aplicaci\u00f3n de la norma ASTM A106<\/h3>\n<p>ASTM A106 es un tipo de material para tubos sin soldadura que es adecuado para biselar, roscar, rebordear, ranurar y otras operaciones de conformado similares, as\u00ed como para doblar y soldar. Laminado en caliente<\/h3>\n<p>Para fabricar tubos normalizados ASTM A106, partimos de barras de acero macizo que se cortan en palanquillas de peso preciso. A continuaci\u00f3n, se cargan y se calientan en un horno de solera giratoria que funciona con gas natural y se calienta hasta que est\u00e1 entre 1250\u2103 y 1280\u2103. A continuaci\u00f3n, se somete al proceso de temple, en el que se utilizan pulverizadores de agua para enfriar r\u00e1pidamente los tubos desde aproximadamente 900 \u2103 hasta la temperatura ambiente, lo que provoca una r\u00e1pida transformaci\u00f3n de fase en el acero. La fase Marin Siddik resultante en el tubo de acero ASTM A106 es muy fuerte y quebradiza, por lo que el tubo se recalienta a continuaci\u00f3n a una temperatura inferior a su punto de transformaci\u00f3n en el horno de revenido para recuperar la ductilidad del acero y ajustar las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas a la gama requerida. Al comprar tubos sin soldadura, es com\u00fan ver en el mercado las normas ASTM A106 y ASME SA106. \u00bfExiste alguna diferencia entre ellas? No. No hay diferencia entre los materiales en A106 y SA106. La diferencia es que estas dos normas son de dos organizaciones diferentes, y utilizan una forma distinta de denominar la norma. En la edici\u00f3n oficial de ASEM II, el cap\u00edtulo sobre materiales confirma que SA106 es lo mismo que ASTM A106.
